We’d like to introduce our new service for finding a language teacher in Japan. While we’ve been in pre-launch mode for over a year now due to technical problems, we’re fully up and running now and ready for teachers to register their teaching profiles and for Japanese students to use the super fast search feature to locate the teacher that’s just right for them.
Why did we think we should start yet another teacher-student matching service in Japan? After working as teachers for many years we think we started this service for all the right reasons:

- To create a more advanced platform for both teachers and students. The other online services are outdated with their use of technology, their content offering, and their user interfaces.
- To focus more on the teachers. Most sites are focused on the Japanese students rather than the teachers. Their teacher site is usually an after-thought and very poorly designed
- To make the teacher-student matching process more streamlined. From sign up up to making the first connection, we hope to reduce the number of steps and the time it takes to find more students for teachers and for students to locate the right teacher.
Essentially our main goal is:
- To allow teachers to more easily create a side private teaching offering or even a full-time private teaching business. For those at poorly run eikaiwas we feel your pain and want to make it easier for you to teach on your own time and on your own terms.
